• Perfect conversion quality for all files and formats
• Compatibility with all file variations and specifications
• Error-free operation
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileSmiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from:

• Use or inability to use our service
• File conversion errors or quality issues
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your files
• Service interruptions or delays

Always maintain backup copies of important files before conversion.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
